Company don't let me clear annual leave, macam mana?

First check your company policy: carry forward or forfeit? Many Malaysian companies allow carry forward of a few days, some pay out unused leave, some just hangus. Legally under the Employment Act, if you are covered, unused annual leave that you were NOT allowed to take should be paid in lieu, boss cannot simply reject everything and then say hangus. Keep proof of your rejected leave applications, that's important. Email your boss and CC HR politely stating you want to clear your balance and asking how they want to handle it. Put it in writing, don't just verbal. If they still block and then forfeit it, that's a case for JTK. Document, document, document.
