I duduk PR1MA dekat area utara dah 4 tahun. Pros: harga entry rendah, dan ada moratorium 10 tahun so tak boleh jual awal, yang secara tak langsung protect kita dari flip untung cepat tapi pun means duit kita locked. Cons yang orang tak cakap: management fee kadang tak consistent, dan sebab semua unit dalam scheme yang sama, bila ramai nak jual lepas moratorium, harga resale tertekan. Location memang jauh biasanya, kira balik kos petrol dan toll harian. Untuk own-stay dan tak plan pindah, berbaloi. Untuk investment, i tak recommend.
