Boleh nego, dan jarang company tarik offer sebab kau tanya elok-elok. Yang penting cara. Cuba email/reply macam ni: thank you for the offer, i am very keen to join. Based on my research and the scope of the role, i was hoping for something around RM3,200. Is there flexibility? Bagi justification: internship experience, skill tertentu, atau paper qualification. Untuk engineering fresh grad, RM2,800 tu memang around market bawah, RM3,000-3,500 lebih fair untuk sesetengah industri. Kalau dorang tak boleh naik base, tanya pasal benefit lain: allowance, bonus, review lepas 6 bulan. Worst case dorang cakap tak boleh, kau ambil je, tak rugi tanya.
