Sorry to hear bro. Under Employment Act, kalau kontrak cakap sebulan notis, company kena bagi sebulan ATAU bayar gaji sebulan sebagai pengganti notis (payment in lieu of notice). Notis seminggu tu tak sah kalau kontrak tulis sebulan. Lepas tu untuk retrenchment, sebab kau dah kerja 3 tahun, kau layak dapat termination benefits: minimum 20 hari gaji untuk setiap tahun perkhidmatan (kalau bawah Employment Act dan gaji layak). Jangan sign apa-apa dulu sampai kau faham. Kalau company degil, buat aduan kat Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTKSM), free je dan diorang boleh mediate.
